Good Belly

So, some time ago I posted a question about good belly and never really received any answers.  I asked what does it do, why should I take it etc… Well, I may have figured it out.

I stopped drinking it about 4 days ago.  My diet has not changed, I am eating the exact same things I did before I stopped taking it.  

I am turning quite…. flatulent, I am not talking about a little gas here.  I am talking about the kind where your dog looks at you with that “Really?” look and then leaves the area.  The self dutch oven is quite possible. 

So the question is this.  Is this because my body is adjusting to no good belly or was the pro biotic stuff actually providing some balance.  Right now I am thinking I need to find some  good belly before my life turns into a nasty country song.

Weakness

Dammit, I just had a moment of weakness and broke.  I had an Otis Spunkmeyer cranberry white chocolate chip cookie.  This happened because I went down to our company cafeteria.  I have not been down there for months because there is so much good tasting bad food down there.  

The only cookie I like more is any cookie made by my daughter.  Love always tastes great!

Those little pieces of evil clock in at nearly 400 calories, yea that’s right 25% of my daily calories in one little item. 

Lesson learned:  Still too weak to resist strong temptation, stay away from the cafeteria.
